This is a hands on Drupal training course to teach the basics, accessibility, tag based information architecture, and content moderation (workflows) as a Content Editor. A Content Editor is someone who will be creating or updating content on a Drupal Web site. This course was sponsored by the State of Iowa and will be taught using a clone of their current system. All wishing to learn the basics of creating content on the web are invited to attend.

Knowledge in locating and opening files and editing/format tools. Every student must have a laptop computer with a functioning WiFi network.

Instructor
Michael Hofmockel has been building and instructing in Drupal for over 8 years. He curently works at Iowa State University. He has built Drupal sites of all sizes. He founded the Ann Arbor Drupal Users group and is co-organizer of the Iowa Drupal Users group. In 2011 he founded the annual DrupalCorn Camp, the first Drupal camp in iowa.
