A brief overview of working with Linux from a command line perspective:

User accounts, file system layout, file system navigation, file/folder creation, bash shell basics (aliases, shell init) and permissions.

Target audience is anyone that will be working with drupal from the system side (potentially coders and themers and maybe SysOps, though I suspect anyone doing SysOps should know how to do all of this).
